2025 Farm Labourer Positions

Wild Earth Farms is located Northeast of Winnipeg between Bird’s Hill Provincial Park and Oakbank.   We run a Community Supported Agriculture Program and supply select restaurants and retail stores.

Primary duties include transplanting seedlings, weeding, irrigating, plant maintenance, hand picking, washing and packaging of produce.  Farming is a physically demanding job that requires attention to detail, quality control, motivation, energy and enthusiasm. We have a great team atmosphere while producing high quality fresh vegetables and herbs for the Winnipeg area.   Majority of the work is outdoors in all types of weather conditions. Must be able to lift more then forty pounds.  Opportunity to work on Saturdays may be available.

Experience with vegetable farming, greenhouses and gardening with an interest in sustainable agriculture is an asset. Experience operating a small tractor, truck and trailer also an asset.

Full time positions available starting ASAP – November

Must have your own reliable method of transportation to/from the farm.
