2026 Vegetable Delivery Driver/Farm Labourer Required

Wild Earth Farms is located Northeast of Winnipeg between Bird’s Hill Provincial Park and Oakbank.   We run a Community Supported Agriculture Program and supply select restaurants and retail stores.

We are currently seeking a team member focused as a delivery driver delivering our CSA shares, as well as wholesale orders to grocery stores and restaurants in Winnipeg and surrounding areas.

Primary duties also include plant maintenance, hand picking, washing and packaging of produce when not on delivery routes.  Farming is a physically demanding job that requires attention to detail, quality control, motivation, energy and enthusiasm. We have a great team atmosphere while producing high quality fresh vegetables and herbs for the Winnipeg area.   Must be able to lift more then forty pounds.

Experience with delivery driving, vegetable farming, greenhouses and gardening with an interest in sustainable agriculture is an asset. Experience operating a small tractor, truck and trailer also an asset.

Full time positions available starting ASAP

Must have your own reliable method of transportation to/from the farm.
